Write a one-page summary of the paper “Agent-based modelling and simulation: The potential contribution to organizational psychology.”

Your summary should include the following sections:

1. Main Thesis: What are the main benefits?

2. Issues: What are the main issues?.

3. Discussion: Did you find this article helpful for understanding ABM? Why or why not?

You can work with others in addressing these questions, but the summary must be in your own words. Your answer should be in a Word document or document that can be opened in Word or as a PDF.  It should be one page (longer is acceptable) and single spaced.
